Graphic equalizer with analyzer controlled by an external microphone (self EQUAL possible with external microphone is not included in purchase)
EQ dynamics (loudness useful to simulate, for example)
Parametric EQ (useful for eliminating resonance frequencies)
Compressor
Expander (elimination of noise not very useful in a hifi system)
Stereo Imager
mini manager input-output
User memories for presets
Steering midi presets for activation during operation

UTILIZATION

Hi-Fi, and correction speakers listening room resonances
Effective enough evidence, I rediscovered most of my club, provided you have speakers and an amp of sufficient quality and good power reserve;
listening to classical and jazz of the 60s but later (Joe Calderazzo, IS, Belmondo ...)
I put a little compression and EQ dynamic, self EQUAL is correct but you have to soften the curve and then finish at the ear for a quality result is just an indication, do not expect that digital replace your ear.
It took me about 4 days to master the possibilities of correcting, the record seems a bit but everything is fine if you know what one speaks, if not with the internet, it is not a problem.

SOUND QUALITY

No detectable background noise, I listen to 2 X 70 watts and watts are the Harman Kardon, that is the true RMS and not Dyn.
Graphic EQ precise, the dynamic is very fine attention to exaggerations, compression without regard to any condition to go soft, stereo handy when one is offset from the axis of the speakers. Sounds really amazing and has nothing to envy of most famous brands in the studio.
In my opinion, the BBE maximize or otherwise is largely useless when you push the DEQ in its possibilities quite impressive. (Listening to Handel's Dixit Dominus has reduced more than one processor, it is the choirs and the orchestration with variations of dynamic collapse in a lot of HiFi systems (including my own hence my purchase of correction) after treatment, all the power and finesse of this work appears very realistic.

OVERALL OPINION

Replaces racks of treatment that is still sold there is not so long ago (all separate effects), lack of space and I found a unit that should meet all the fans who rediscover their hi-fi stereo system, try to bypass the DEQ running and you know what I mean.
I also tested a small set of fairly limited in stereo, and incredibly, I managed to make it sound so, for me it is a test unstoppable.
The control screen is a little reminiscent of the orange lettering computers that ran on earlier versions of the back, but hey, I was not looking a flat screen.
Frankly, a great success Behringer, I really could not believe it but now I bow, good job for the user hifi demanding to try before embarking on the purchase of new speakers ...
