Arpeggio combines arpeggiator, sequencer and synth
Arpeggio is a new portable hardware instrument project that combines an arpeggiator, a sequencer and a VA monosynth.
Currently under development, Arpeggio can create and chain up to 512 user arpeggio patterns via the built-in sequencer. Several modes are available (up, up-down, down, down-up, sequencer and random) and it also features a note divider.
Arpeggio also hosts a virtual analogue mono synthesizer with two oscillators.
Connection panel includes 1/4" and 1/8" jack outputs, MIDI in and out, CV Trigger out and USB port. You can also sync external drum machines to the MIDI and CV clock (master or slave) and remotely control software and hardware synths.
Last, Arpeggio hosts a speaker and works with batteries or supply.
No information regarding the availability, but its creator announces that it will be sold under $200. You can follow de evolution of the project on arpeggiosynth.com.
