So this is a power amplifier of 60 watts (on paper anyway. In reality it is enough to repeat / concert .. it is really powerful).
4 knobs including: an equalizer level and 3 (medium, low, high). Buttons and connectors are well hidden behind the amp. There are people that I ca discomfort but a little after 2 years quibble at all and likes to push the pencil in the entries of my instrument, I'm glad it is there or they are these settings .. in addition, I can put my pod xt on the amp like this ...
The weight is great, only 16 kg ... it's really nice for transport,
very nice .. especially when we know that such a power lugs around.
UTILIZATION
Very simple setup ... is the preamp that does everything ...
I play all styles, that's why I took a pod XT, for its versatility.
order to have correct sounds and do not double the preamp and thus change dramatically starting my sounds, I started looking for a neutral amp.
I thought the cube 60 but to no avail, still ca changed my sound.
Then I looked for a power amp and speakers .. ca me quickly cooled amplifiers (most are in rack version) is quite expensive (except for the Rocktron Velocity 100 maybe ...) and enciente is not bad either .. not to mention the emconbrement and weight of all this ..
I finally read the reviews on Audiofanzine and I thought that was the solution for me meuilleure
SOUNDS
The Tech 21 does its job, namely the sound, the preamp ... Voullez you know if it rings? Instead, ask yourself if your preamp sounds by what it is that neutral .. the sound of the preamp is very respected!
Well, I say this but it's not necessarily true in the sense that the Hp come into account, ect ... I can just tell you that I'm really satsisfait, he even adds a warmth to my sound .. a certain "size" ...
One can easily play it low-level or high level to repeat, this poses no problem. which is great also is that the background noise is absent at high volume (I never had that! Well, it also depends on your settings). nothing to do with an amp (preamp / Poweramp) at equal volume.
OVERALL OPINION
Basically:
-Look great
Connectors are behind them (for me, it suits me better since my pod xt is above ..)
"It is of high quality (tech21.. Sondieré is as high-end .. or at least upper-middle range)
- It is overkill, so I can go together without repeated and prob ...
- A nickel!
- Weight and dimensions
The price is really fair to compare the quality of the amp (I've had nine to 429 €)
This choice I would do without hesitation.
