UTILIZATION

This is a telecaster handle is very nice, access to acute may seem complicated if you have a guitar with set neck and tailored cut, but that's easily accessible. The weight is more than adequate, neither too heavy nor too light (must feel to have 900 euros on the shoulders!). Getting a good sound, it's a job. However, this telecaster offers you direct it in the belly by plugging. Without touching the knobs you already LE his TV.

SOUNDS

I play mostly Rock (Muse, ACDC, Miss k, hendrix). Already having a guitar with dual humbuckers I wanted her SLAMMING the telecaster. Sound aggressive ROCK par excellence, his nirvana / muse. This telecaster is truly versatile. Rock, metal, funk everything seems so sound. The cleans are deep and TWANG to perfection, the distortion is fat / Screaming according to your desires. It is clean, neat, and free of burrs!

OVERALL OPINION

I played with it for 2 months, I tried a standard telecaster, a strat HSS, an esp eclipse 2, yet this Tele made me eye. Personally I was lucky to come across it, almost new (still the stickers) for 600 euros, but I think it is excellent value for money if you want to finish better than Mexican, American prestige cheaper.

The Fender American Special Tele is today's iteration of a classic guitar. It's a sturdy, made in America tone machine! It has an alder body which helps give it a very clear tone and a maple neck for that signature Tele twang. It has a Texas Special single coil Neck pickup and a Texas Special single coil Tele bridge pickup for that icy Telecaster bite. It's 25 and a half inch scale and 22 jumbo sized frets make it a quick and comfortable play with a good slick action.

UTILIZATION

The American Special is a dream to play, the neck is very smooth and fast and it feels great to just run up and down it for hours. The frets are all dressed perfectly and the radius is very comfortable. It's a little on the heavier side but nothing unbearable for sure, and totally comfortable to sit with. The upper bout and high frets are easy to get to and the guitar sounds fantastic all the way up and down the neck. Great for rhythm or lead players.

SOUNDS

The guitar can go from a chunky warm rhythm sound, to an ice-pick blues, to a hot rock sizzle, and back down to a mellow jazz twang. It's got a fantastic range of sounds and handles everything you throw at it very well, from spacy reverbs to crushing distortion. I've had a lot of fun squeezing different sounds out of this axe, and it's a must have for my live shows.

OVERALL OPINION

Overall I have yet to find anything wrong with the American Special Tele. It's got everything I look for: quick neck, great tones, speedy action, good design and pretty looks. It does everything I ask and more and it's hard for me to even put it down once I've picked it up and started noodling up and down the neck. A really fantastic effort from Fender here!

THE classic Fender guitar made with the States, alder body, maple fingerboard and neck, Texas Special pickups, etc ... Short, heavy artillery for a super scraper, technically impeccable, given its price, not far from 800 € Guitarshop in Bordeaux.
And there is the slap!

UTILIZATION

Super balanced, not too heavy, the handle is a real highway, the paint is beautiful, I can stagger hours to rave about this instrument. I have long tinkered with Fender, I started like a lot of Squier by with their value for money that we know well, I had unknowingly models cool, then I went to Mexico, funky , cheap, really very good scratch unpretentious. And then I told myself one day I will make the "jump", my rocking all to buy a Mexican American (this is not a big jump, do not exaggerate ..). I actually wanted to see. Well, it's done, and I can assure you that the difference between us and Southwestern is HUGE.
at the sound of course, but the finish, detail, sustain, wood, frets ... a treat!

SOUNDS

Typically Telecaster with mics I particularly like the Texas Special. They are much more known on Strat (thank you Stevie ...) on telecaster, but they have in common the same potato. My Luthier said that they are "fake vintage", and I begin to understand. High output, excellent medium, the bridge pickup is the "twang" to hard rock light, the neck pickup is velvety wish, clean and warm, not to mention the central position typical telecaster.
Clearly, this is perfect. In crunch is divine and good saturation pressure is enjoyable!

OVERALL OPINION

I've had more than a year, and as I said earlier, I tried many guitars lower grades. Of course, we are not in the presence of a high-end Fender, but in terms of value for money is unbeatable. For me, this is only my personal opinion, this is a guitar ample, which fulfills its mission. The guitar is like wine (Bordeaux I, it is normal that I use this comparison) we find great wines at prices sick, but there are few people who are sharp enough to palace a big difference between an expensive wine and a wine overpriced. It is sometimes said that it is snobbery.

Well, do not come back again on the characteristics, this is done by 1, but let us notice the reason for buying this guitar.

A FENDER TELECASTER USA from home already there I said it's about ^ ^, who has not dreamed of playing on a fender, but beware not any that makes us vibrate, which gives us sensations everywhere.

I vowed that from Gibson sound, heavy, Rock of Truth, but after a few missed combination with other guitarist I asked myself the eternal question of how do I sound my guitar when we possess a more a guitar that sounds, but you tell me what guitar could settle all this and much there is in my opinion the two eternal Stratocaster or Telecaster more focused in some style (Blues, Funk, Jazzy) short, I will give that my oppinion (maybe not the most accurate) is the one that decides the most sound in a guitar duo, there is associated a Gibson, Strat, Demicaisse short, it CLAK between any scratches.

Channel pleasant, good sound nice finish, and a typical Fender Look.

SOUNDS

A killer .... nothing more.

Test a Blaja, Cabronica, Standart, Blacktop Custom FMT HH, and the Olympic winner by KO without a doubt.

Fender is probably the biggest music company in the world when it comes to amp and guitars. They have been played all over the world from beginner learning guitar players to the best professionals in the world. Any guitar who has ever been playing the guitar longer than a few year most likely have picked up owned a Fender Stratocaster at some point.

This is great guitar for those needing a solid sounding Fender telecaster made in America. This guitar has a great feel and suburb tone to match. The instrument get get a great sustain and a nice rounded clean tone all the same. It is one of the most easily recognized guitars shapes and guitars in the world.

SOUNDS

The tone is a slap in the face of anyone who think that a Telecaster is a country guitar. This guitar can do any style of music except metal. You can play county rock, pop and everything of every genre in between. You can dial this guitar into a nice grind and get those single coils singing with ease on a nicely distortion amp.

I have always liked the tone of a Fender Telecaster with a good Fender Hot Rod Deluxe amp. I would use an Ibanez tubescreamer in front with a Line 6 DL4 delay pedal and the combination from all of that gear as just a delight. The tone and sustain was phenomenal and pleasing to the ears. This guitar was just a pure enjoyment to play with and even record with. I would change the pickups though as Fender pickups are about the worst in the business.

OVERALL OPINION

At new these guitars come in right at around $850 which is a steal of a great price. If I were in the market this would be about the best you could do for an American made Fender guitar. I would recommend everyone to own at least one Fender Telecaster. They are a great addition to the team.
