Regarding the technical specifications, I did nothing wrong.

USE

I do not find that the handle is very precisely like the one found on strats, the handle of the TC-90 is closer, tonnament enough, that of an Ibanez fawn sleeve " ultra-playable! "

Manufacturing in Core requires me to 7 despite a very good finish.

The sound is actually quite round but certainly not fat, on the contrary, it is rather dry compar of 2K DeArmond pickups themselves are round and fat.

This is absolutely not a guitar to play heavy metal or in general, until proven otherwise we have never seen the Metallica guitarist play on half box! Maximum, although it bear the seventies rock.

The guitar makes it possible to play the blues, rock and funk, but it also does wonders in jazz! It is my very versatile way.

I put 9 because of the head nut that really pity compared to other characteristics of the guitar which is irreproachable (even finishes).



USE

Coming from a Squier Stratocaster, the flat end of the handle and Tc 90 asked me some time to adapt. Now I am accustomed and is very pleasant and fast. Very easy access to acute because the handle is glued to the body and the guitar has a double pan shot.
The only problem is that the guitar as the dug lment + round head is heavier than the body. The guitar has a tendency nosedive. Some play horizontally, personally playing a lot solo I press my right arm to hold it obliquely.
The guitar sounds already very well not branch (body forces dug, but it is important when same!) And once branch is happiness: she has the fishing with P90 !!!

SONORITS

I play mostly rock and hard rock.
I would not say it's made specially for blues or jazz.Cette guitar is very versatile and everything goes into overdrive as clear.

I bought it in 2006 by chance. I was still young and after my Squier Stratocaster Black and Chrome (very good Squier), I was looking for a "real" guitar. Having apparently 700 euros in his pocket at that time my choice was wearing this Fender spciale in some rather unusual look. She's just sublime in its finish Black cherry burst, we see the grooves of the wood in places. I tried guitars Les Paul Epiphone tarpaulin but had discarded me I do not know why because now not Drange me.
What I like most is its original look and sound, what I like least is the nut head and the fact that it is poorly balanced.
This is an excellent report qualitprix and like other one says, I can not imagine the price of the good if it had t manufactures in the United States. The finishes are really excellent, no varnish error, freights are polished: all the details are nickels.

i got this unit at a local pawn shop for just under three hundred dollars and a old twelve (actually eleven) string Yamaha acoustic guitar.

It is light weight, has a beautiful finish, and a beefy neck that feels similar to my gibson acoustic. I love the playability of the guitar. The pickup choices offer a great range of choice with the dual humbuckers, and it sounds great when playing with a single coil guitar. A very hsarp looking, easy to handly guitar with a solid feel to it. Some of the maple wood used to build this guitar is flat out beautiful.

in regards to the actual feel and sound of the guitar, there is not much to dislike.

I had some struggle getting the action set correctly. a part of the problem is the constrction, the bridge is not 'set; as well as it should have been during construction and the screws holding the pickguard down had rusted. The body has already developed a slight crack around the neck, i am not certain how the initial owner had handled the guitar though, so it may have been from misuse, but some parts of the guitar seem to have been assembled quickly and without a lot of care.

A great guitar if it can be found at a reasonable price, but it has some structural weaknesses. Looks and sounds pretty sweet though.

Then for the characteristics, the guitar is made in Korea (although I find the perfect finish, no particular default).
The body is frne, with oue on the upper part (which is hollow), two colors: ivory white, or black / cherry burst (it is this that I dernire possde , with a nice DGRAD from black on the side to a red translucent, revealing veins of drinking, the most beautiful effect).

The handle, varnish, is al. It has 22 jumbo frets with a rosewood fingerboard.

The pickups are Seymour Duncan SP90 (for vintage and custom handle for the bridge), the single coils are large with a big gain. A 3-position selector (bridge - bridge + neck - neck), volume, and tonality are the complter lctronique. The bridge is fixed and quite vintage (like those found on the gibson LP).

I put 7 / 10, with the top t have a beautiful flamed maple top .. but hey, what price you can not have it all.

UTILIZATION

While the handle is quite enjoyable, it is varnished, fast enough, but the guitar is not for raids range 200km / h. CHAC is excellent for acute because the handle is stuck and there is not imposing on the heels of the junction with the body. SOUNDS

It's pretty basic, the neck pickup gives a powerful sound in the bass bridge pickup, a more crystal-clear highs with more support, the combination of two microphones is excellent for fine rhythmic rock n'roll. It is fat enough as a whole. Please note, microphones, although qu'tant simple, have a standard potato. Nothing to do with a single coil mounted on a Stratocaster. With the same SETTING THE gain on your amp, you will end up with a slight crunch. But it's pretty fun.
The distorted sounds are of good quality with a good seed, especially using the neck or bridge pickup alone. That said, it's not a quitar to play the heavy. It happens, but hey, a whistle goes with too much gain.
Note that the guitar sounds as well trs empty, it's not bad to practice without waking the house.

Finally, a guitar very kind blues / rock, but hey, given the prsentation, should not expect anything else, that said, a little funk and punk rhythm in a saturated goes well trs even when.

A good 8 / 10 for sound. It sounds good trs, trs versatile but it's not (otherwise it'll have been 9)

OVERALL OPINION

So I use it for the past 6 months. I bought it originally because I wanted to do covers of rock n'roll. It has rev nice sound. What made me the DCID dpart, when I try, it is the fawn she restored the bass, and balance of microphones. I also use a Charvel / Jackson solid body and I feel I'm missing a bass string against the fender.
The ratio quality price is simply outstanding. But the delivery times are long trs.
Before buying it, I also tried a cort with hollowed body .. no photo. The, with Seymour, it's all good. The only BMOL is the quality of the knobs (volume crackles a bit, but hey, it's not well mchant, and refers especially saturated)
With experience, this price level, I do it again the same choice without hsitation.

it's been two days that I bought, and when I try to scratch in the store I had an epiphany. Basically I did not buy this type of guitar, I had a guitar for jazz type 1 / 4 body. By the look I wanted and I tried to forget the 1 / 4 Cash ... "I was surprised by his set but after I saw made in Korea, so I was a bit scared of finishes ... the stuff is super top two Seymour Duncan P90 of a true wonder of the micro ... which gives its type blues ... when I try I play Funk as rock. With telecaster neck is super fun to play. I had never seen before ... is a plus for buying a fender that sounds good even great notes are great ... just the little minus is just the finish but a bit disappointing for the price we will not fuss ...

UTILIZATION

The handle is really nice, each access to the acute naturally. And to my surprise it is really light. Nothing to say from this point of view. I seem to play better since I played with. It's good to play with a good guitar.

SOUNDS

It's perfect with what I play, Rock, funk, blues. I play on a Marshall amp and it works great ... The neck pickup is a pure wonder (a warm and round) and the bridge pickup (more clapping) ....

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for two days. I love this guitar sound warm and round is for a rhythm guitarist than I am. And when I do solo with distortion notes yours a real treat ... I try to hand a real telecaster (I love this guitar) and I was above the sound was much more rough and roque ... The base price is € 729 for a guitar made in Korea, it would cost twice as easy if it was manufactured in the United States. it's really a quality guitar for a really resonable, just this little flat finishes (it's a Korean). I would do without this choice problem ...

The Fender TC-90 is a Korean made Telecaster variant. Dont let the fact that it was made in Korea scare you off, these guitars have a superior build quality and are very sought after by collectors and players today. The guitar has a modified thinline Telecaster body that features two large cutaways and set neck construction. The 22 fret maple set neck is slightly thinner than the normal Telecaster neck and is very comfortable to play. The guitar comes with Two Seymour Duncan P90 pickups. A Seymour Duncan SP90-1NRWRP vintage P90 in the neck position and a SP-90 3B Custom P90 in the bridge. The guitar has master volume and master tone control knobs with a 3 way toggle switch pickup selector. It has a Les Paul style stop tail tune-o-matic bridge setup. All the hardware is finished in a smoked chrome finish which will make it more resistant to tarnishing.

UTILIZATION

With the huge double cutaways it is super easy to reach the high frets. The set neck joint also helps because there is no large square heel to get in your way. The neck has a more modern thin shape to it and this makes it very easy to play. The Korean build quality on this thing is amazing. There are no sharp fret ends or uneven frets.

SOUNDS

With the p90 pickups in this guitar it is a blues machine. It has the classic p90 sound which blends well with the Telecaster design. P90 pickups give a brighter more transparent sound that humbuckers but are not as bright as Fender single coils. These Seymour Duncan p90s are very quiet and dont have the typical noise you associate with single coils. It being a thinline means there is an open compartment in the body and with the f-hole on the body this give the guitar some more acoustic qualities. The pots can get a bit scratchy sometimes this is the only problem with the sound.

OVERALL OPINION

Its surprising that this guitar was discontinued so quickly. This has caused collectors and informed guitar players to snap them up whenever they are available. This is one of the best sounding modern p90 guitars ever produced. If you are looking for a great fender guitar with a different sound and different look the TC-90 may be the way to go (if you can find one).
