Prampli microwave instrument (2 slices), 2U. 2 XLR mic level inputs, two line-level jack. Same for both outputs.

The floor of the microphone amplifier transistor and boosts the signal of 10 60 dB.

Then there is the Tagus line level is 12XA7 lamps. Can be assayed participation in the signal lamp circuit.

There is also an adjustable high pass filter, whose slope is not prcise.

Indpendantes phantom power, phase reversal.

In short, everything you need for a pramp, right?

Attention, he looks to build it, so I do not get out of my room to take him in concert ...

UTILIZATION

Trs easy to use. The buttons are plastic, but are notched, is enjoyable. The meters are mainly for the dcoration, however, because they are not prcis trs, but it does not matter as long as Lumire "peak" function.

The manual is minimalist, it's true that I see some tips AIM, not just a description of the buttons, plutt useless.

SOUND QUALITY

I t trs impressed with the quality. In fact, this is my first pre-amp. Before, I used pramp my sound card (Edirol FA101) which are of good quality. This camera gives me a real bonus: I can push the amplification of the micro base without hearing of breath.

I find it trs transparent, but it is not the opinion of a pro. I use a condenser microphone with lamps, and sockets are really gniales.

APRS there are the lamps. I t's to beginners, because I thought they did not add much to the sound. I have exchange with JJ, and it's really better. By injecting a healthy dose of his lamps (too), we get a nice sound rtro.

Otherwise, as direct box is perfect. Plus the color of lights as an option ...

OVERALL OPINION

This is my first preamp, so it's not the opinion of a pro. All fawn, this machine is not for pros: it is unnecessarily large (for cons, look great), full of small Lumire around just for decor, it is pleased t fragile ... Another thing, it's infernal disassemble. Just to change the lamp, you really have any dsosser.

on the other hand, for the price, I think we have a great sound, which adds a real bonus compared to preamps Intgr capture cards or mixers. I really hsit with the blue tube prsonus, but it is more expensive, and opinions are no better on his lights, then ...

I would do this choice, if I had to do it again now with my current exprience. If ever I start big projects, may be I will be aiming at the top, but for now, I was going well trs.

on the other hand, deprecated for rooms or RPET especially concerts: it is too big and too fragile.
