Value For Money :
Excellent
Used to connect the audio directly to my Yamaha Motif XS to my iMac. Motif does pass the noon and my usb sound card (Line6 Pod X3 Live) is already busy doing something else ...
I'm not 10 because conversion is "only" in 16bits/44, 1, but in fact, I am convinced that I hear no difference with higher values.
UTILIZATION
Using ultra simple, plug and play, 2 jacks on one side (with colored markers left / right) and a USB plug on the other, recognized without problem (and without special drivers) for the Mac (for PC I suppose it is the same). A blue LED on the USB plug indicates that the connection is OK.

As mentioned above, plug and it works ...
OVERALL OPINION
This minimalist solution is the most appropriate in relation to my needs and my equipment: guitars and basses by the Pod X3, my VST controlled by a master keyboard 88 notes and Reason, and Reason by audio Linelink, c ' is impeccable, no perceptible latency and excellent sound quality (at least in my ears).
I have not found a better solution for this floor price.
