Aly James has announces the upcoming version 2 update of its VLinn LM1 Drums virtual drum machine, with added Mac and 64-bit versions.
As announced last year, Aly James’ emulation of the Linn LM-1 drum machine will be available on Mac OS X ; v1 was Windows only. This v2 will be available in VST2, VST3 and AU 32 and 64-bit plug-in formats.
The update will also bring the following changes:
- Individual pan control
- Global tuning offset via MIDI pitch bend
- MIDI out/through
- Exponential velocity curve (Full mode only)
- Replace all voices (12+1) with imported EPROM images (.bin files), without adjusting the EPROM memory size (VLinn will do it automatically)
- Trigger the additional custom voice from the GUI
- Improved GUI
