Getting Started
Installation trs simple but it must be patient (10 minutes on my Athlon 1.2 Ghz)

Installation très simple mais il faut être patient (10min sur mon Athlon 1,2Ghz)

L'aide en ligne est très courte mais très claire. A lire rapidement avant d'utiliser ce produit.

Suitability/Performance
I possde an athlon 1.2 Ghz, 512MB RAM and a Terratec 24/96 for audio, cubase sx2.
The software works well trs, no bugs, no crash, it's pretty rare for a new product, it was emphasized.
However my cpu seems too just for VST plugins. A lesser evil that nothing can be seen settings with the plugin and the connection that, in contrast Rewire works perfectly, allowing joint use cubase and vocaloid.

Je possède un athlon 1.2 Ghz, 512Mo Ram et une terratec 24/96 pour le son, cubase sx2.
Le logiciel fonctionne très bien, aucun bug, aucun crash, c'est assez rare pour un nouveau produit, il fallait le souligner.
En revanche mon Cpu semble trop juste pour le plugin Vst. Un moindre mal vu qu'on ne peut rien parametrer avec le plugin et qu'en revanche la connexion Rewire fonctionne à merveille, ce qui permet d'utiliser conjointement cubase et vocaloid.

This software is totally innovative in the world of computer music. The IDE synthtiser the voice of a singer is trs ambitious (too may be seen the state of the art in the Contents). But your exact trs obtained is interesting and promising.
The new concept as the comparison with other programs is impossible, but we can make some analogies.
- The edition this type editor with a "piano roll" trs well finished. (Only regret we can not directly enter into agreements must CRER multiple voice and switch between each other ... not very practical!)
- The principle follows that of the product mlodyne (rvolutionnaire too) from Celemony: namely manipulate as the south of audio. The big diffrence between mlodyne and vocaloid is that in the first case, we work from musical phrase that is modlise audio and midi handling while in the second case (vocaloid), one share of a text and a line described noon synthtiser an audio phrase.
The edition is more intuitive vocaloid (adding vibrato, changing attacks etc ...).
Trs is your exact diffrent: mlodyne in one sample from a real audio, your exact manipulation is allucinant APRS. In vocaloid is gnre synthse by the way: we get a way ... of android. It is therefore appropriate to use this product sparingly and never for a main line mlodique.
The analogy is dernire Steinberg Virtual Guitarist (also an innovative product). This is an analogy when the use that can make vocaloid: Use from time to time, as an accompaniment only, low volume. This fawn is your exact crdible trs. Your exact approaches that of a vocoder / harmonizer but ultimately without the need to record a real singer.
The advantage of the product remains. Custom settings for the way modliser are penss. But there is still a long way before we can properly synthtiser a solo singer. I will have to invest in voice lessons .... too bad!

Ce logiciel est totalement novateur dans le monde de l'informatique musicale. L'idée de synthétiser la voix d'un chanteur est très ambitieuse (trop peut-être vu l'état de l'art en la matière). Mais le résultat obtenu est très interessant et prometteur.
Le concept étant nouveau, la comparaison avec d'autres logiciels est impossible, mais on peut faire quelques analogies.
- L'édition ce fait avec un éditeur type "Piano roll" très bien fini. (seul regret, on ne peut saisir directement des accords, il faut créer plusieurs voix et basculer de l'une à l'autre... pas très pratique!)
- Le principe suit celui du produit mélodyne (révolutionnaire lui aussi) de Celemony: a savoir manipuler comme du midi de l'audio. La grosse différence entre mélodyne et vocaloid est que dans le premier cas, on travail à partir de phrase musicale audio que l'on modélise puis manipule en midi alors que dans le second cas (vocaloid) , on part d'un texte écrit et d'une ligne midi pour synthétiser une phrase audio.
L'édition est plus intuitive dans vocaloid (ajout de vibrato, modification de attaques etc...).
Le résultat est très différent: dans mélodyne on part d'un vrai échantillon audio, le résultat après manipulation est allucinant. Dans vocaloid, on génère par synthèse la voie: on obtient une voie ... d'android. Il convient donc d'utiliser ce produit avec parcimonie et jamais pour une ligne mélodique principale.
La dernière analogie est donc Virtual Guitarist de Steinberg (lui aussi un produit innovant). il s'agit d'une analogie quand à l'utilisation que l'on peut faire de vocaloid: Utiliser de temps en temps, en accompagnement uniquement, à bas volume. De cette façon le résultat est très crédible. Le résultat s'approche de celui d'un vocodeur/harmoniseur finalement mais sans avoir besoin d'enregistrer un vrai chanteur.
L'interêt du produit reste entier. Les paramêtres pour modéliser la voie sont bien pensés. Mais il reste un long chemin avant que l'on puisse synthétiser correctement un chanteur soliste. Je vais devoir investir dans des cours de chant....tant pis!!!
