«  They do not make more places like this! »

Purchased primarily for his touch and 76 keys (88 not in my small space), the connection is basic (midi in out thru, no usb .. too old for that), but what is there (although support a sustain pedal type continuous input for expression pedal still lacking a bit)

UTILIZATION

The feel of this keyboard is clearly his main argument: it was not at all the feel of a real piano but let's be clear piano is not my first instrument and so it does not shock me: With this hit, j 'manages to put the expressiveness and passing grades that I want, the game provides fun really, nothing to do with what is proposed in light touch or so-called semi-weighted keyboard masters of the recent below 88 where keys is desperately plastic and frustrating for a game piano.
At the same time, the touch is not too hard to be completely inappropriate for a game like organ or synthesizer, said that given the choice, I prefer to reserve its parts to a master keyboard touch more synth.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 4 or 5 years, no crashes, no worries, no need revision. I reserve mainly to play piano with Pianoteq behind it is a treat, its only limitation is the almost total absence of knob, there is just one slider, easy to program and certainly two modulations but it is light to drive VSTis without the computer next to it. FOr those uses, I took another master keyboard, no way to replace it unless you have room for a good digital piano 88 keys and even in this case, I would keep happy to live because it also has the advantage of not being very heavy.

If you find secondhand around a hundred dollars and for any reason you want a proper touch without being able to take a nice big 88 keys midi controller or digital piano, roland A-30 this is perfect if you need knobs, better to take something else or provide a control surface side. FOr the absolute realism of the piano, not support a sustain pedal type is still a bit annoying too.
