OVERALL OPINION
So ... Either there was in the rififi Schertler and some angry technicians left with plans, or the guys at Acus are friends with those in Schertler.
I say this because having played on both amps, they are still very very close design, finish and sound. Which is flattering to the younger of the two: ACUS.
I do not démentirais the previous opinion on all qualities found this little Acus-One 5. This is a very good amp ... I weigh a little. For 10/10 as noted above, it lacks two things:
- 2 real channels (ie a single channel with 2 inputs)
- 1 effects loop, or insert.
For the rest it is perfect ..
