Value For Money : Excellent
- Classical Guitar Nylon.
- Electro-Acoustics.
- Type "Crossover" handle finer approximating folk guitar necks. For this model, the width at nut is 48 mm (45 mm cons such as for a round of Telecaster, or 53 mm for a classical guitar neck).
- Cutaway - The neck joins the body at 14th fret.
- Body mass Ovangkol.
- Mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard and trussrod.
- Blend Preamp Fishman Presys: bridge pickup + microphone oriented atmosphere rose. Possibility of mixing the two by the button "Blend". Settings: volume, bass, medium rather, trebble, notch, and phase blend. Tuner included.

UTILIZATION

I'm not an expert on classical and flamenco guitar, but I think this guitar deserves a very favorable opinion. Very good overall balance. The handle type "crossover" is very enjoyable. Apart from the width at nut less than that of a classic, I think the key is less flat too.

SOUNDS

Type Classical / Flamenco ... Very well balanced low-acute (but again, I am not a specialist). This is the compromise I was looking for. The preamp is very full, especially with the possible bridge mix / mic atmosphere. On a good acoustic amp (I play on SR Technology Jam 150 Plus), the sound is on nickel and the possibilities endless!

OVERALL OPINION

I was looking for a while to replace my Ibanez acoustic-electric nylon. It allowed me to enjoy the classic sound as an alternative folk sound, but the handle seemed a bit "stiff".
I heard on the forums of "crossover" (sticks thinner at the nut) and it seemed like a good compromise. I tried several models: Yamaha NTX700 lacked a bit of natural sound projection - The Alhambra is really interesting because it really sounds, but the price may discourage - The Ibanez ewn30sye-nt lacks some consistency even if the look is nice ... I was very lucky because after verification of stocks across the Cordoba Fusion are rare at this time (12/2010). I could try 2! Value for money ideal (535/590 euros). The finish is wonderful: the wood is bright! The overall look is stunning. At first glance, the guitar stands out in the radius classical guitars. The tuners are superb (ebony buttons) and look very good. The natural sound is warm and clear at once. Possible settings of many preamp: I love the mix easel / atmosphere! I already knew what my kiff with Martin & Co. As I said, I'm not an expert on classical and flamenco guitar, but I love that sound. Live or recording, is an essential complementarity with folk. That's why I recommend it to those who, like me, looking for a classical guitar electro sound quality without breaking the bank. In addition it is very beautiful!
