Electro-acoustic guitar homemade. Carried out in eastern Quebec bled the name of our country, a few hours MONTREAL.La production is supervised by the general who is also the last GODIN brands such as Art & Lutherie, Godin, NORMAN ...
The guitar has 22 frets, which n'edst not a problem because with a 12-string folk dreadnough, the shred is rarely relevant.
The bottom and sides are cherry, the massive table with beautiful solid cedar resistance test pressure (at the huge bridge over a 12-string), the handle is in its silver maple, polished and sanded by hand.
The finish is semi gloss, finished and polished by hand to measure.
The Nut and bridge are TUSCQ by Graphtech.
The electronics includes the system with piezo and A3.2 B Band EQ with bass control, midrange, treble and présence. On sorry just the absence of n accodeur built.
UTILIZATION
From the first handling of this beautiful guitar, I was amazed by the playability and comfort of the handle ... even crossed the pass without too much trouble!
This skyscraper is in my opinion well above its competitors and the comfort level of play Yamaha, Ibanez and CORT to pick!
one quickly realizes that this guitar is a good investment and its capital is embellished with the sound years. The wood handle loa saw the body and rhythmic support, it sticks shivers of happiness.
The handle is really great, with a system of fixed mlanche integrated with reinforcement at the junction box sleeve.
Ideal for use in folk with Accor to open and open tuning LED ZEP III ... great in blues, I slammed a 12 string acoustic HEY JOE, which calmed the metal shop ... Zique and superbly comfortable on ballads with a resonance to be packed for miles around the fire ... for the fans!
SOUNDS
I love this guitar, to dream.
The unique sound that emerges is really its strong point: rich and warm texturé.Les agreements refer a fullness of sound, the balance is amazing.
The bass is warm, not too flashy and sharp and clear Cretan mediums provide a link harmonic perfect. I also have a 6-string folk PARWOOD 310 M FROM HOME CORT that sounds drier and more flashy in the treble. Between them two, they complement.
Unplugged, the guitar has excellent projection.
And connected, the system B BAND wonders. I had many negative stereotypes about piezos and little experience in their practice. But then, barely connected: amazed!
We can increase the volume without worries and without feedback, in Piura, use a plug rosette. The acoustic sound out pure, rich and dynamic with a bridge transducer with a thin elastic film.
equalization orders can play all shades EHN: arpeggios, bluesy palm mute in brief ... huge sound possibilities. 12 strings and it sounds!
OVERALL OPINION
Gained over the past few days: it fascinates me!
Nothing wrong with CEPR and with the quality of violin and sound.
All other models previously tested 12-string ... it disappointed me a while to Martin over 1200 euros and without the piezo!
Beautiful guitar, great series WOODLAND AND BEAUTIFUL BRAND.
What they say?
THANK YOU THANK YOU SIMON AND PAT!
