Very good balance. I bought the 4326 instead of 4328 to avoid having too low and have to work at a high volume.
I'm thrilled, it's perfect with 6 inches, and I could add the sub in the future if needed.
The sound is very balanced and pretty accurate (compared to my old Tascam 5 "low-end).
I listen to all my multimedia, and the sound is excellent for my taste.
I imagine that people who had in hand speakers + upscale surely will find faults, but it is still very good for the price.

I have 3 months, I will redeem them without hesitation, especially occasion, the price is very good!

Pregnant purchased as much for their technical characteristics (analog inputs + num, coupling network, remote level automatic calibration microphone ...) for their sound deemed neutral, which for me is THE condition of the sound image.

OVERALL OPINION

Used for 6 months, after having had during my studies of Tapco S8 slobbering horrible, it was the day and night. I also sometimes used Focal CMS65 that I love and are also more accurate, especially at the bottom, but also more flattering. In comparison to the work done on these JBL carry better even if the details seem to come out a little less at first.

I Bought my JBL LSR 4326P’s over a year ago. First project to mix was a Opera for television broadcast. I was set to spend more for the Genelec 8040s but over the past year I have become a fan of the JBLs. We have Genelec 1030As in all our rooms at the station and have bought the 8040s for our new HI DEF rooms and they are OK but if its my money I much prefer the clarity of the JBL. Don't have the sub yet, the 4326 have enough low end in my studio at home(bedroom) and in a near field situation they seem just fine. The opera and all the other spots I have mixed at home have translated very well to broadcast and have not had any surprises when I hear it on the Genelecs.


SOUNDS


The stereo imaging is fantastic. The subwoofer is smooth and even and it sounds more like a full range stereo system than a 2.1 system. JBL has done a fantastic job in getting quality suitable for mid-level mastering studios into a project-studio priced package. I would highly recommend them. And yes, the RMC does work and works great.


OVERALL OPINION


The bass on these is very tight and authorative. There is a noticeable improvement in transient response, as well. This speaker is very user-friendly, with all of it's advanced features. Setup is a snap. I'm very happy with them! But make sure if you are using them in a bedroom situation that your room is some what acoustically treated or they will sound horrible much like any speaker would that is in a room that’s not treated at all. Most people make the mistake of just putting monitors in any room and then they are disappointed with the sound of them when its not the speakers it’s the room!

I wanted amplified monitors around 1000 euros. The RMC system calibration arrested me well, and look of the product is not unpleasant. If I were richer, I would have taken the 4328 but maybe eventually I would take the case.

SOUNDS

To my mind (rather than my ears), the sound is neutral and rather flat. The leveling abilities are interesting, different analog or digital inputs.

OVERALL OPINION

Used for 4 months, I am satisfied with my purchase, which remains a significant investment. I did not have reliability problems described by another Tester, even if it is true that the management app on a mac is more stable approximate.
