« Beautiful beast but with some flaws »

I use it since March 2011. Configuration: 2 boxes with 2 115amp sub-heads QSC K8.
Did you try many other models before getting this one?

What is your opinion about the value for the price?
This is a box that does not merit a grade higher than 4 / 10 if we do not some rapid changes. Indeed, when the first plays produced certain frequencies of vibration which deteriorated considerably filthy sound quality.
After several tests, we performed the following settings:
- Falling in the front grille, not used since the woofer is protected in front by the cash register (bass reflex type).
- Remove the sticker on the reel behind the woofer with the time he departed in the party is vibrating like a sheet of paper.
- Glue the cables boomer - amplifier
You then change radically your box, it sounds without external vibration (bond which ...).
Its level, it shakes hard. With proper adjustment can be both beautiful curves that a dry sound is precise. At 700euros no hesitation!
Be careful though, it's big and heavy!
