400W is honest ... this box has fishing, well adjusted in the filter and your sub output it will do a good job.
It's been three years since I use it now and it does not tire ... material aging rather well given its frequency of use.
35kg .. it stands, the quality / price is right, very easy to use.
This choice I would do without hesitation.
