Alfred Music Publishing has announced the release of new songbooks for bass and guitar celebrating The Rolling Stones, introducing The Rolling Stones: Hot Rocks 1964-1971 and The Rolling Stones: Easy Guitar TAB Anthology.
Hot Rocks, released almost four decades ago, remains the most significant Rolling Stones compilation ever, according to Alfred. It is The Rolling Stones’ biggest-selling album with more than 12 million copies sold to date. Featuring all 21 tracks, The Rolling Stones: Hot Rocks 1964–1971 is transcribed in two collections, guitar and bass.
The Rolling Stones: Easy Guitar TAB Anthology, the first Easy Guitar collection released to date for The Rolling Stones, is also new from Alfred. Featuring 20 of The Rolling Stones greatest hits, each guitar part is arranged in full notation and TAB to be easily playable yet still accurately reflect all of Keith Richard’s classic guitar parts with correct fingerings and tunings, according to Alfred.
