Empty Room Systems has announced the release of EMpTy 250, a new software reverb plug-in for Windows based on the first digital reverb machine - the EMT-250.
The EMT-250 is supposedly known for “the sweet character of its reverb and is used on a lot of famous recordings”. Real EMT-250's are very rare as only around 250 were ever built, according to the company.
EMpTy 250 is available as a VST plug-in and also as a patch for the Eventide H8000 and H7500.
Pricing & Availability
EMpTy 250 has an MSRP of €169 but is available for the introductory price of €149 until the end of 2009.
