Connectors XLR and Jack 6'35 balanced / unbalanced everywhere.
16 inputs:
* 8 slices mono with insert direct outs + + 75 Hz low-cut 18dB/oct
* 2 stereo channels with mic (XLR) and low cut
* 2 slices simple stereo
4 subgroups, 2 outputs for each.
Auxiliary mono 4 stereo return flights.
Insert a stereo Master.
Duplicate a master output XLR / Jack.
1 output C / R (Control Room) Jack.
A mono output with adjustable back.
Semi-parametric EQ 3-way:
Acute 12kHz - Medium 100 Hz to 8 kHz - 80 Hz Grave
Gain of each section of -15 to +15 dB
I takes only 8 / 10 here because I would have liked to 2 more ...
UTILIZATION
Very simple to anyone who has ever used a mixer.
For other reassure you the manual is well done. Do not forget to balance your earnings, use the PFL why then do not touch more and you will not have unpleasant surprises.
SOUNDS
The sound is fairly transparent. Well, when compared with higher-end consoles it is perhaps a bit metallic. The equalization is effective and it hardly breath. VLZ = Z = Very Low Very low impedance. (When you hear the breath is that there are bananas, protect your ears!)
OVERALL OPINION
I use this console since 2003, with an average of 80 dates this year. I also selected out of confidence in the brand. While purchasing, you taught me that there had been a first series made in the U.S., and now it was "Made in China". Yet I never had any galley ...
At first I used it alone, then I could afford an RME FF800 I "inserted" to enjoy its preamp, Mackie served me any more as to monitor the facade, which m ' has enabled us to easily record live ...
Given my habits and the market today, when I will change surely I will opt for a digital console. Nevertheless, I will always have fond memories of this console that I've never played tricks on ...
