The Power 1017 is a very well built analog mixer that will take a beaten and keep working. I have seen this thing get dropped so many times its not even funny. I have even seen things get spilled on it and it didn’t short out the board or anything. When they created this they had real live scenerios in mind and made sure they made it as well built as possible.
One thing that made it hard to understand about the Power 1017 analog mixer is that when we got it , there was no manual and at the time we where new to having mixers like this so it took us a while to really get it together and figure it out. I am pretty sure you could have called the company and had them mail you a manual for a cheap price or even online somewhere and download the manual for free. But not having a manual is something that happens when you purchase used gear.
UTILIZATION
It was easy to use after we got the hang of it, at first we were kind of lost and didn’t know all of the functions and true abilities of the power 1017 but once we got the hang of it and started understanding the work flow of it everything became a breeze from there on out.
SOUNDS
Sounds are great, everything seems to be crystal clear and working perfect.
OVERALL OPINION
Happy to say that we have used it for years now and never had a problem with it, this is exactly what you want when you purchase equipment whether its new or used you still want to be able to use it for a long time without any issues. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable mixer that is easy to use and understand. Try it out
