I own 2 of these brilliant machines, both serviced when bought. Professional sound almost as good as my Fostex or Revox. I own quite a few reel to reel but I think the Teac is easy to use, the recording quality is excellent and life expectancy is excellent. Buy one.

I used it for 7 months had a small problem with listening resolved since before I had one B-77 and 1-636 Akai GX best but no more!

I used various magnetos: Grundig TK47, Akai 4000DS, Sony and Radiola which I forgot the ref ... I much prefer the TEAC 3300SX .... I loved everything in this unit.
