The Retronyms have announced that they have finalized the circuit board for their upcoming Wej iOS interface.
The Retronyms had unveiled the Wej project last year (see this news) and opened reservations to fund it. The Wej USB MIDI interface for iOS devices is still under development and some changes have been brought to the initial idea. Indeed, the interface will include 3 USB ports, two of them for MIDI controllers, while the 3rd will serve for charging your iDevice.
Wej could be available at the end of the year, you can still pre-order yours for $125, The Retronyms also offer bundles with Wej, and Akai MPC Element and/or MPK Mini, starting from $190.
