Pigtronix will introduce at NAMM 2013 three new phaser, compressor and overdrive pedals designed specifically for bass.
The new Bass Envelope Phaser includes the Pigtronix staccato envelope circuit, which auto closes the envelope between notes, interesting for slap techniques for example.
The Pigtronix Philosopher Bass Compressor brings the Philosopher’s Tone compressor circuit to bassists. A Blend knob is included for preserving natural string attack via parallel compression and a harmonic distortion is tuned especially for low frequency domination.
Pigtronix have included their CMOS clipping technology in the Bass Fat Drive, along with a More switch for added gain and a low-pass filter.
No information about the availability or prices. More details are expected soon on www.pigtronix.com.
