UTILIZATION
Nothing could be simpler. One branch, we play. Not to squirm 107 years.
SOUNDS
I play it with a Cort B4 and Epiphone Thunderbird Pro-V.
Neutrality seems to be the watchword of this amp. It is difficult that I could describe the sound. In other words, it perfectly supports an active low, which defined the sound.
For my part, it is even common to add my V-Amp 2: quite impressive result.
In my opinion (for what it subjective):
- Suits me very well for rock
- Does not seem ugly to what is the slap in the opinion of friends more knowledgeable than me in the field
- I do not like to play metal on it. Too much neutrality hardly compensated by artifacts.
OVERALL OPINION
I for 5 years and I like it (not constructive, I know).
I bought it initially for rehearsal. It was supposed to be very temporary, it did more than help me, both in rehearsal and concert (sufficient in a small room training Chant, two guitars, bass, drums).
Obviously, this amp gain more heat, but at this price, you will never have the sound of a reputed brand.
The machine is solid, but the same heavy. The weight is a factor ... weight, which led me to add wheels. Not essential, but comfortable.
In any case, I do not regret my choice. Nothing miraculous, nothing dramatic in this amp.
