Larry Spalla, Co-Founder of Conquest Sound Co., Inc. announced that he has sold all interest in the firm to Jozaitis, Inc. The new ownership is presided by Jeanna Jozaitis, an employee of Conquest Sound.
Mrs. Jozaitis commented: “All Conquest employees will remain with the company at the facility in Monee, IL. The existing
team brings many years of experience and knowledge as a base to build on as we begin our new endeavor.”
Commenting on the change of ownership, Larry Spalla opined: “After 32 years it was time for me to step aside and bring new leadership into the company. Jeanna will bring fresh ideas, a variety of new products and new marketing strategies.” Mr. Spalla will be retained as a consultant to the firm.
