My bass used to be fitted with stock Mex pickups. It's simple: I can't recognize it anymore.<div>
The sound is vintage, precise and dynamic, it gained punch, it has more nuances (difference of attack at the neck vs bridge pickup, knobs settings ...)
I got them on Friday night ... can't leave my bass since then. I love everything about these pickups, no defect IMO. They're not cheap for sure, but definitely worth every penny.
For me (humble amateur bassist) these pickups are killer, and you get top notch products for the same price as very good US pickups.</div>
