Published on 08/05/11 at 04:01I bought there a few days, ss during a trip to New York, a set of the famous Marcus Miller Signature, replacing Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky me.
After 10 year hiatus, I returned to the bass a year ago and a half (it was about time!) And I wonder about the wisdom of this purchase.
Indeed, on my old US Precision 1977, the difference is not striking. I even enhance the bridges to prevent "curling" caused undesirable (equal to taking).
Someone there some data on cohabitation old Fender / DR strings?
And by the way, someone would know a good tutorial for it properly mount the strings?
