All user reviews for the Ernie Ball Coated Electric Slinky Bass 4-String

I use them for more than a year, the same game, still operational.

The snapping sound is perfect for a game with a pick or slap (some will not like, Me, I think it's cool), but it fades with time.


In sound and longevity, nothing wrong with me if this is some criticize them may lack in bass (and again, a good amp and a good bass and no problem) .

After testing the Ernie Ball Slinky untreated and d'addario 45-105 (which I have held 3 hours of play), I will take probably slinky untreated, they are roughly the same, the price is coated quite high.

When it comes to mount anything to say, the sound is perfect if this is not a slight thud at the low E string to own "coated". Until then nothing to worry about.
Repeats and a few hours later games is about 2 days this is a different story. The mid to lost its gloss and is around the lâcher.Reste of the last 2 strings will eventually give up the ghost shortly after.
That to me following a string of f o and proved a huge fan of his brilliant I found this game very disappointing string, it is far from the life announced: "5 to 7 times longer" depending on the brand. I think they have roughly the same duration as strings e life untreated.
