Envelope for low, its funky, analog (I think), connection jack

UTILIZATION

Simple to use: intensity of the distortion effect + if want. It was the sound you want in 30 seconds.

SOUND QUALITY

Great effects or when you want to slap a typical funky sound. I use it with a Fender Jazz Bass and Ibanez ATK 200.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 months. I have not tried other models, this is what sound I wanted. Price / quality ratio: not terrible -> pedal to work for a little while on AC and now impossible to connect. She no longer works with a battery. Surely a connection that is no longer. This is embarrassing. With experience, I do not know if I would do this choice even though I really like the sound it out ...

True bypass and reduced appreciable size.

UTILIZATION

Sensitivity adjustment (necessary to make the effect more intense and also for the determination of the effect depending on the output level of the guitar used) and a switch to activate the harmonic distortion that made tenfold.

SOUND QUALITY

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PEDAL CONNECTED ON A GUITAR (AND NOT A LOW)

The "BassBalls" spirit is there but the record is thin and acidic. Acute can be a shrill clear sound ... look totally prohibitive for me. Its saturated, the sound is okay even if a serious loss of bass is felt.

That said a "sweet spot" lies beneath the hood but it takes a long grind both internal trimpots that affect the filter frequencies (200Hz and 800Hz).

OVERALL OPINION

I highly recommend this version of the nano in favor of the original. I've owned both versions and was able to very accurately compared before giving my opinion.
The basic version has a completely chubby with a good foundation in the low and deadly voice side. I changed the pedal to access the knobs on top of the case for total flexibility ... formidable even if we drift to the noise!
I preferred this dynamic filter the famous Maxon AF-9 and no less famous MXR M-82.
In summary, it seems pretty obvious that the nano series is far from being a success. I have chosen to focus on the sound format (though my pedalboard is full!). Like the Small Clone or the Holy Grail, EHX embellished reality by announcing that nano versions of these classic offers the same performance. Tip: run on the original version of the Bassballs!

The quality is great, and gives a big potato for good passage funky BUT NOT ONLY.

What I like most is how we can change the sound if it touches it then buggers if the strings.
Of shots with a simple effect you can have a range of sounds rather thin and "varied"

The only downside, when you put the knob to max effect there is a sound that little train and become downright annoying.

This is the replacement for the US Bass Balls so even characteristic Filter Wah / Phaser special ... Analog.

UTILIZATION

Very simple: A button and a switch to add a little fuzz! The manual then who cares .. It's not a Boss GT-8!

I received it yesterday to replace my ex Bass Balls Russian and top it. The size is impressive, smaller than a boss! it looks almost the size of such a phone! And decision changed to a standard power supply boss, no more default, the price has not risen, on the contrary it is even lower, 10/10! Electro Harmonix As usual at the top!

This is the "modern" version of the bass balls. EHX has called a twin filter envelopes, which looks like an auto-wah couple with a flanger all with a filter and a distortion if you want.

UTILIZATION

Like other pedals of nano SERIES: switch on / off, one for distortion (smaller) and the knob for rgler the level of effect. It's simple, effective, and for the handyman can be opened and bte rgler both filters with a screwdriver.

So ... Bass effect (although on a guitar I ask to try!) Whose purpose is to effect a "funky" your game .. That's basically the equation rsoudre for pe ... IDEAL! The switch pedals rpond well (albeit a bit noisy!). Well the switch is the bttn (the equivalent of a little switch in EBS): basically you can go as a nag, there's little chance that a coward! I was looking for a personal pedals that allows me to "have fun" on a lot of songs but without having an effect too dnature the sound of the bass and especially without investing 300 euros. Done!

So if you are looking for a nice pedals tend trs "funky" but with tons of ways: dark!

I plugged in my Boss BCB-60 pedal. The nano works bassball parfaitemletn boss with the transformer. As discussed below, it is a little smaller than a boss pedal.

FFECT very original, its very clean. it sounds not at all synthetic.

Yes, definitely

The effect is very particular, ay two filters that generates a kind of auto wah, but if we take an auto wah wah ca or not at all what his ... And all this coupled with a fuzz switch ....( mini ...).. suddenly it gives an effect Demant between an auto wah, flanger ... Finally, it's really nice ... It plugs into the 9 volt and is small (smaller than a boss) ...

UTILIZATION

The config is a simple archi knob to adjust the strength of the effect and then the mini switch to select whether or not fuzz ... over the two filters are stop adjustable with a small screwdriver to unscrew the back plate ... I fell for this store, (I played a warwick corvette 4 string, and an amp markbass). Régalade really big. good, so, I cracked a little later, I bought one on a site online to complete an order and not one I tried. (Which may be the theory that they are not regulated the same).

and there ... warwick corvette connected to my 6 strings and my Hughes & Kettner, big disappointment: 2 things, the effect already badly enough cash so bad, and cut much bass. and another thing, he likes not at all the big gains entry, it crushes everything. so basically, there is a very good effect, if I leave my bass passive, but active .... cracra ....
