The reason for this exceptional rigidity is twofold: the PVC sheath is surprisingly thick (which is, ultimately, the outer diameter of 0.8!) And the number of strands of both drivers more substantial. We must therefore provide the work table, otherwise it will not be a cakewalk but a bummer!
Fortunately, the result is there: the excellent quality cable will be one of the best possible connectors between amp and external speaker.
Jacks Neutrik NP2 RX-B receive this cable carefree although it will strip it of greater length in order to use the inner plastic cover.
Like all Sommer cables I tested, the Meridian provides definition, dynamic and smooth the top of the spectrum. If you are looking for something that restores advantage treble frequencies, choose the power CORDIAL CLS 225 TT.
