J bought a platinum 640C in January 2007 and one month later on a CD 3 was not detected and sometimes the plate was as advanced as fast. After 1 month of waiting to fix the problem has again three months later jusqu'un day when the plate are reading any CD.
After negotiation with the dealer agrees to give a new m. One week after the new platinum 640C has a similar problem, it does not detect a 1 Cd 2 (only original CDs).
I am very much of my amp SATIF Cambride A500 as it is a platinum inaceptable € 500 can not function properly.
