Purchased in December 2006, a problem reading from the first use: some CDs were detected correctly, but the majority was not detected and CDs were no longer detected thereafter. The CD detected were read normally, and the player worked several hours without problem. FYI, the CD that did not work at home went smoothly from a reseller with the same model.

Back in SAV 2 days ago: I have not had time to test it much, it seems OK except for one CD that I had to put a second time for it to be detected. This last point concerns me because it is the nature of the problem I had before.

What I like: the two levels of backlighting, and the ability to cut it (practice not to be distracted). The figures in the play time is read (at 3.30 m).
The remote is pretty simple and complete.
For sound, I confess not to have made comparisons with other readers. I chose it for its good reviews in the press, and I felt good listening to the tests I did.

Given the concerns I had (and I may still have), I do not buy a player cambridge or other material that mark with moving parts. A reader who also appears unreliable to € 500, it will not at all!
If you buy it, my advice is to buy this player from a dealer near you in case he should return it and test it with up to CD.
