I use this player for 3 years. I had made myself a bad idea to start by making a pre-amp tube that was better than the pre-amp for this amp. Having tinkered a lot of other readers, it turns out that Cambridge remains one of the best among all those I tried.
The workmanship is impeccable, the sound is very balanced and very neutral, it can listen for hours without fatigue, which is an excellent point.
At defects, lack of detail, light veil over the soundstage, the scene lacks a little stereo spread.
He could have a digital input to use its pre-amp and dac balanced, however, it provides 2 digital outputs (coax + fiber) and 2 RCA analog outputs.
