For how long have you been using it?
I use it for over 3 years. <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt="mrgreen" />
What thing do you like most/least about it?
His power that contrasts strongly with the other instruments when it is played on the edge or on the board.
Its relative sweetness she can transmit correctemment played. China finally a quite complex.
It gets a little too intrusive if there not careful. <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt="sad" />
A China of that size takes a lot of space in a kit: the place of 1 or 2 (see 3 in some cases) elements.
Did you try many other models before getting this one?
I played on many cymbals: HHX, AAX, Radian (Mehmet), RUDE, Sultan (Agop) CUSTOM SHOP (Meinl), ZXT, Wuhan, Headline (Meinl), Avedis, ... <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt="mrgreen" />
More specifically, in China, I have in my kit in addition to the cymbal, a Wuhan 12 "and a CUSTOM SHOP 16".
What is your opinion about the value for the price?
Purchased from a vendor who gave me a discount, I got a little over 300 €.
But for an exceptional quality of this cymbal, the ratio is pretty good in my humble opinion. <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="biggrin" />
Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? ...
With experience, I'd probably choose to do it again in the same context.
But in my thirst to always try new things if there is breakage <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt="sad" /> I will not purchase the same for the sake of moving on to other things ...
Nothing is ever fixed especially in this instrument. <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt="wink" />
