McDSP announces Windows support for its v5 line of products.
The McDSP v5 line includes Audio Unit (AU) support, the 6030 Ultimate Compressor plug-in and the Classic Pack Next Generation plug-in collection. McDSP v5 now includes support for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 along with Intel-Mac systems running Mac OS 10.5.x (Leopard), 10.6.x (Snow Leopard), and 10.7.x (Lion).
Existing McDSP customers can still upgrade each McDSP plug-in (HD or Native) to v5 for $29 per plug-in, however this price is available only until October 17, 2011.
The 6030 Ultimate Compressor is available individually for $449 HD or $249 Native, or as an upgrade to Emerald Pack v5 for $299 HD or Native for Emerald Pack v4 customers.
