These answers solve most requests

On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” and enter your e-mail address: you will receive an e-mail with your username and a link to choose a new password.

Look in your spam folder, then ask for a new one from the login page. If you entered the wrong address when signing up, write to us rather than creating a second account.

Log in, then change the address in your member account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to validate the new address.

An account may be suspended after repeated actions that break the terms of use. If you think this is a mistake, write to us and give your username.

Check that your browser accepts Audiofanzine’s cookies and that your computer’s clock is right. If the problem goes on, choose a new password with “Forgot your password?”.

Go to the ad and click “Edit”, make your changes, then save. All your ads are also listed in your member account.

Go to the ad, click “Delete”, then confirm.

Edit the ad and save it: its creation date becomes the day of the change, which extends its validity. You don’t need to change its content.

No, we take no part at all in the transaction. We are neither responsible for nor paid on the products for sale. If you buy, ask to try the gear and prefer a hand-to-hand sale.

An ad stays online until the end of the period chosen by its author, even if the product has been sold in the meantime. If the member doesn’t answer your messages, the ad is probably no longer current.

Create it yourself: when writing your review, choose the brand, then “Add a new product”, and enter its name (without repeating the brand), its category and a photo if you have one.

Brands are added through this form, with the subject “Product database”. Give us all the information about the brand: a request with only its name will be ignored.

To report a topic, click the yellow triangle next to its title and fill in the form. To report a post, click the yellow triangle at the top right of the post.

Ask your question in the forums: members and the team also answer questions about how the site works there.

A badly set firewall or ad blocker can block the longest pages. Turn it off while the page loads, or add Audiofanzine to its exceptions.
