Sublime slight crash (1100 g).

Sweet and mellow attack (the edges are fine). Very good response and sustain quite short.

The sound is warm and soft on a low pitch. Bursts of brilliance on beautiful bass. Small dome as the Dark Energy so not too midrange frequency.

Fairly flat curve so low frequency and manual hammering "irregular" brings complex frequencies. Its a misty high quality. The thin side crash are "Trashy" probably due to their thin edges. These are the most refined and complex high-end Paiste crashes. Their sound quality is impressive.
Used in volumes ranging from very soft to very hard ... for, choose thicker series (Signature, Twenty, 2002 Rude) as Traditionals are pretty thin so fragile, but they are veiled, but do not break.

Paiste cymbal that ceased production in October 2012.

Alas Traditionals series apparently oriented Jazz (Blues etc ...) does not meet the expected success and the brand continues to manufacture the models progressively.
In 1996, there were about 14 models (35 cymbals) and early 2013, there are only three models (5 cymbals) ...

Yet the quality is wonderful.

A deep spectrum, contrasted with a lot of complexity, depth and light.
Selection of high quality.
