Pack consists of a ride 20 ', a crash 16', a charley 14 'and a carrying case.

How long have you use it?
I do not know, it's been a while, like 4-5 years.

What is the particular feature you like best and least?
Most: their robustness, the sound of the crash and ride are correct for the rock.
Cons: charley that is too aggressive, so read other reviews about it ... I made him a special feature in his personal tab, being well below the other cymbals, he deserved it well.

Have you tried many other models before buying it?
Several, all kinds of prices, the sound is a bit tinny but it works well for rock. A drummer friend borrowed me crash once and BIM! he split me to say he types like a nag, he replaced me by ZBT base that has not the same grain and that sounds a little worse in my opinion, but still honest.

How would you rate the quality / price?
Rather not bad, but I only use two cymbals.

With experience, you do again this choice? ...
When we started with few resources, there is a crash and ride quality that hold up for long, but hey, the zipper of the case is dead, and then I gave enough in the entry level. On ebay, you can nab great cymbals nickels at half price and when you know how to use, it keeps longer.

This zildjian set is a good bang for you buck. I think that zildjian has always had good products, but over the last few years I have noticed a lot has changed in regards to production and models offered by the company. This is not such a bad thing, because today’s musician wants today’s sound first and foremost. My set features a 16" ZBT crash, 20" ZBT ride, 16" China cymbal, 14" ZBT hi-hats, and a free 18" crash. I use this set for rock music primarily, and have noticed how the cymbals cut through the mix of other instruments nicely in a live setting. The importance of long decay for crash cymbals in rock music means I demand the best from my cymbals. These perform perfectly everything I could ask and more. The 20” ride has a medium tone but a high pitch which i really enjoy in a ride, reminiscent of Ringo Starr stuff on the Beatles catalogue.
The high-hats are the perfect size at 14” and actually have a nice beveled edge that does not destroy my sticks after a night of playing.
I dropped the 16” china once from a height of 5 feet or so, and it was undamaged, and sounds fine to this day. I believe this is a testimony to good production on Zildjian’s part, and I will continue to trust them with my purchases.
I could see myself using these for metal, all the way to jazz stuff if needed. I think the perfect use is rock stuff, be it progressive with long extended hits, or hard metal hulk crashes, and quick sounds required for thrash. All in all, I think this set is a great deal, and while it seems pretty standard, it sounds amazing, and I will continue to use and recommend these to all my friends and family for years to come. Also they can take a beating and still retain new like sound.

The greatest quality of these cymbals, I think, is their thickness. Indeed, this particular feature (which is all sries "rock" Zildjian home) allows "bourineurs" in my style of typing on the cymbals as they please without splitting in two. My cymbal crash is prfre (16 ") with trs rock sound for me fully. The only downside is the ride, I got enough prcise ...

Trs good, 260 for a 4 Zildjian cymbals vvraiment worth it!

With exprience, I can be a little more for economy acqurir ZXT Rock Pack, which remains a superior quality, but the ZBT are an excellent choice for d beginners.

If you want to change the cymbals of origin of a drumkit (like me) is intressent. I like the sound of the ride is deep. The charlet is made in the rock state of mind.

Minimum:
I think kit is too loud in the wrong direction. The treble sound very metal (but not in the sense pan), aggressive. This is a gallery home studio because I must find a good placement of microphones, and iron with the equalizer behind and live esprer must be in a good hall. The crash is explosive (we do not really have a little play with sensitivity. It provides all or nothing). Good at the same time is to rock ^ ^.

Plus:
The cymbals is pretty long and shiny (I have for about 3 years now). They are solid. The bell of the ride is pleasant trs (quite big, with a sound very musical and throws). The charlet doing well live. All the cymbals go great together. It launches the high volume and long sustain (very good for the crash and a bit too on the ride but it's not a problem, it's just to say he has good sustain). And the small detail that makes all the diference: the bag is handy! ^ ^
