Power to be quiet, I opted for the i7 station. Leaving a multitrack configuration (roland vs2400), I wanted to move to the next level with the system and Sonar VS700, as saying that this is a fairly substantial, relatively complex for the installation of some programs (evidenced by many user stories in trouble on the Cakewalk forum). I had in my possession the VS700 system that I sent Casawave who took care of all the thankless task of complex systems, settings and tests ... At the same time, I did install some virtual instruments and plug-ins and Stéphane even made me enjoy discounted prices and very interesting ...
I was informed by email every step of work and answer any question on my part was treated almost immediately! : Interactivity copy!
I received all my config in the agreed time, made connections, illuminated devices, made my first recording, editing multiple ... and since everything works perfect with the same stability as I experienced with my roland multitrack, but with tremendous opportunities and more ... (the few crashes I've had are from known bugs in Sonar and some plugs I installed myself). The tower does not release any noise polluting awesome! : You can record in the same room with microphones sensitive ...
What feature do you like most?
This is having a competent partner and present, and on which we can count on in pain!
How do you rate the quality / price?
Obviously, for the computer geek, prices will not be better placed.
For composers and musicians (categories including myself), the holders of the recording studio ... the solution casawave represents an investment more than interesting with a real service interactive monitoring, troubleshooting remote maintenance etc ... I am tempted to say that it has no price
With experience, you do again this choice? ...
