I played on a Roland KR-570 Digital Piano at a music store back in 1997, it has a great sound, it`s easy to set up and play, and a very good digital piano, the only thing about it is that selecting the sound is a little tricky. It can have two instrumental sounds at the same time as well as one. When you have two instrumental sounds, you select another the other still stays there and doesn`t self cancel like in the Technics PR-305 Digital Pianos, and Yamaha CP-300`s etc. The only thing about it is that the Fender Rhodes Piano sound, is not the same as the real Fender Rhodes Pianos, or like on the Technics Pianos and the Yamaha CP-300. The theater organ has a different sound than the one on the Technics Pianos. The only thing about the Roland KR 570 is that they don`t have digital affects like the Technics Pianos have. They have a game function that makes learning fun, and also has temperments like Equal, Just major and minor, Mean tone, Werkmeister and Kernberger, to operate the KR-570 Roland Digital piano, look up www.manualslib.com/ then KR-570 Roland. Its very realistic and nice size. I use mainly the piano. But Jazz is the organ which is also top top.

OVERALL OPINION

I go directly to the overall opinion.
Great sound, was a top model there for fifteen years.
It's still very good. One problem with time, the hammers are cons-weight break. The plastic does not withstand the forces generated by the metal masses and eventually break.

To access the repair hammers and cheaply, I made a small manual. It's finally easy to access and possibly repaired with glue or araldite type by controlling the room at Roland.
