Published on 07/04/13 at 09:43Good product, connected in pairs with special master-slave synchronization (asynchronous I think it said). Cà complete lighting a dance floor, but with other products + effective. Fog machine smoke-fan essential in order to see the light. Personally, I do not have, and I complete with 2 Goboprism lamp (I have never found better than that! Here and no longer produced, ..... boo!) + 2 small flat LED Projectors + 1 Wholesale strobe.
Default for me not very open angle (specification never found elsewhere before purchase).
It must be mounted vertically to cover the max.
Setting the DIP switch on the back of the device very limited and unexplained. If I pick up, it takes 1 DMX controller (ideal) or remote control EASY-2 (no LCD screen to see where you are ...) to enjoy modes.
Standalone mode: It says in the manual:
"Place the dipswitche 1 ON.
The LED-FUSION reacts to sound pulse.
In the absence of sound pulses, the LED-FUSION place internal programs automatically. "
I have not been able to test the camera in auto mode to view its capabilities (here remains idle), hence the need to have the remote control or DMX console for that I suppose.
Personally, I use the music mode and it is perfect!
Figures (with round color not huge in size) are linked to a speed from slow to fast to the music, and what I consider perfect.
It goes into auto mode and low idle without feeling audio signal. Perfect!
I connect the two corny with two cables 10m XLR 3-pin micro simple, and it works. Not recommended anyway, takes DMX (shield ...). I have saved the cable saw my simple use with 2 tripods.
I am very satisfied with these two small lights.
