All user reviews for the Mapex P580A

I used it for 2 years. I did not try to double-pedal before (except a quick Tama Iron Cobra and Pearl ht-122).

I liked its simplicity, its base, a foot tri-beater (felt / wood / plastic), its price (155euros).

In contrast
The plate-connecting the chain to the sole sold quickly (on the order of a few months)
-Face plastic bat wears quickly (and melted plastic smell once played), card shows a game pretty quickly
The screw-in toggle and the pedal (to adjust the angle of inclination of the sole) took the game and sold recently, the screw rotating in a vacuum (no screws fragile), fixation of the pedal the bass drum is perfectible and that often detach
Mapex pedals them have any success in selling, do not try to refourguer in (other than a janus perhaps), nobody will buy
Finally, the parts were not found in France, the only way to have the most rapidly turned out to be an online store in Denmark ...! (Note it could have been worse)

Given the many shortcomings of abnormal wear and availability, I judge the value bad.

I think it's obvious to everyone that I would do ABSOLUTELY no choice, even the Pearl ht-122 easily outperforms the low pedal. I should add that all defects associated with this double-pedal are closely similar in the simple version (tested also broke too lucky ...)
