Manufactured by Japanese makers epiphone factory (in Japan I think). Epiphone Elitist series of matches the high-end brand with quality instruments pro. Perfect round with maximum playing comfort, adjustable bridge, Grover, and here in the woods: Top: Solid Spruce / Back: Solid Mahogany / Sides: Mahogany.
This guitar is an exact replica of the McCartney Texan in 64 (yesterday..) With the same wood as the version "64" but much cheaper. Certainly question of marketing .. because the only difference is the level of polish I think. Moreover, it appears that post-marketing 64 models sold 3-7 times more expensive t (according to origin of manufacture: Japan and U.S.), we can not find more....…

Moreover, it appears that post-marketing 64 models sold 3-7 times more expensive t (according to origin of manufacture: Japan and U.S.), we can not find more. Personally, I bought it via ebay in USA 2 years ago, and I am very happy because it's a great guitar.
In short, beautiful looking guitar, a quality of wood with flawless finish sublime.

UTILIZATION

Handle very comfortable as often with epi. Access to acute we do not care about this format. As "rounded shoulders" as the gibson J45 gives the body a particular volume, a reason with amazing sounds, round, serious, and harmonious. This gives the sound that the fingers look so it is comfortable and rich harmonies. Quite large but very light for this size.

SOUNDS

I bought becaufe Beatles fan, and want to play some acoustic sounds we hear on records like Rubber Soul, ysterday course .. And more broadly the acoustic sound of some of McCartney. I can tell you that is very close, thinking that this guitar is brand new .. is that with qqs years, it will be great. I play mostly "down" in a tone like that of macca. I understand why it has always played well. The bass is amazing on this guiatre and balance mid / treble perfect. So given a lower tone, is all well and it even highlights his wonderful bass. Yesterday moceaux play as Jenny Gren or so, and we understand the peculiarity of this instrument. I put 9 because sonoriéts are excellent, but good enough sound type may not match everyone and .. 10/10 That does not mean much. But this guitar in 20 years .. AC must be worth 12/10.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for two years, the best acoustics I have played. It sounds really great with lots of personality when it is new. I hope to live long enough to play "old".
If you find a (possible OCCAZ of the U.S., especially since the effect "version 64" put them in the background "commercial") do not hesitate one second, it is GREAT!
