UTILIZATION

The handle is impeccable. Easy to play and enjoyable.
We can not access easily to acute, but is it the goal with this guitar? Ergonomics - overall - is excellent?
The sound? See below.

SOUNDS

That's exactly what I want. I can do almost everything. It sounds, it is clear, it's warm but precise. It does not bleed. Good sustain. Good power.
This skyscraper is the ball (as the jeuuunes today)

OVERALL OPINION

I've had 3 months and I love it. I teamed with a piezo. I tried four models when purchasing (at Musik Hug in Lausanne)
- A Gibson JC-100
- A Takamine (high-end, but I do not remember the name)
- A Taylor 414 equipped with the Taylor Expression System
- The D-35
The Gibson was very nice and had a good bass response (requires combo) but sounded too typical (too dedicated to certain styles). I had put a 15 / 20, as a teacher.
The Takamine sounded correct amplified and was very easy to play, but we feel that good mechanics, finish and quality of materials used is below. A good scratch for the stage, if there are to keep under 10. 8 / 20.
The Taylor sounded very clear - too well - was not very easy to play and the new amplification system produced a blast worthy of a hurricane. The materials used are correct. 10 / 20.
When the D-25, everything was superb. 18 / 20.
It's expensive - even very expensive - but the quality is by appointment. I would do 10 times that choice.
