Suzuki GR-20

Dreadnought Steel String Guitars.
Vintage 70s when Japanese firms were producing copies of the highly successful Martin. This model is particularly inspired by the Martin D-28. (Nice binding, fuel mass, V neck profile)
Making very careful.

Which patterns:
- Solid spruce top
- Back / sides: Brazilian rosewood solid 2-piece (nice separation in the middle of the back, as his inspiration Martin D-28)
- Fingerboard: rosewood / pearl reference
- Maple neck.

Origin Japan (Nagano City) manufactured by Suzuki Violin Company
20 frets so very accesible 14 (a standard Dreadnought)
Conclusion: A very good guitar, very light and easy to play.

UTILIZATION

The V neck profile, personally I find it very enjoyable to play
Access to acute at the 14th case (like all the free Dreadnought Cutaway)
Ergonomics: very nice, feather weight and you can feel the vibration transmitted by the guitar
In terms of sound: Very good projection (better than my Takamine Tan10c). Its very balanced, especially wide open because it is rare to find a Suzuki least 20 years (stopped). The guitar was then enhanced over time.

SOUNDS

Ideal for folk, blues, all kinds of support and why by just picking
Conclusion: A very good guitar, very light and easy to play.

OVERALL OPINION

For several months
The best: sound, playability, weight
Minimum: a bit fragile bridge
Quality / price ratio
I've tested a lot of guitar, and I it give me more feeling than my Takamine Tan10c (only a matter of taste because I loved my old Takamine EN10C, but I like the least despite its pre Tan10C -tube amp, it takes maybe a few years for it to fully open)
