I play on Manu Katche Drumsticks 6 months and I think finally have found the perfect pair in my game a baguette or too long nor too short. Ideal for a finesse game than a game more muscular. The rods are well balanced and particularly robust (which I used to play my snare drum rim shot)
The price / quality ratio is excellent, on average you will find the pair to 12 Euros.

C rods are close to 5A, but a little shorter and heavier (but not wider) with a round olive that gives crystal clear sound on cymables. they have a great sound on the cymbals and a well full on the toms (I think of the weight). I therefore advise those who want to optimize the sound of cymbals for the studio for example. otherwise they are surprisingly strong (especially lolive) and rather fun to play but it is a matter of taste.
We must see if you are comfortable with but the sound is really great!
