« PEARL left me "fall"! »

My choice was motivated by the seriousness of the alleged mark (high end model at the time) and sitting promising comfort.
Nice product, nice finish. I immediately appreciated its comfort and stability. The seat was perfect for me and I quickly found that my back was in much better.
Unfortunately, one night, playing the feet broke! Indeed, the piece alloy tightening the threaded rod broke in half and I found myself in a m ... I do not want anyone. FYI I weighs "only" 80 kilos.
I approached my salesman who could not do anything out of warranty. This is the game, I accept. I contacted PEARL. They told me they were sorry ... and that was unfortunate ... and that's it! Yes, Mr PEARL, you do not have spare parts to offer me? ... I need regular. I do not? Really no solution? ... And then, finished, more response.
How to judge the quality / price? 260 or € 270 for 3 years of use! SAV nonexistent! Serviceable feet but throwing blame proposal "small" a spare! Direction rubbish! Should we consider this material as consumable?
I would do this choice? This seat is no longer sold so ... But what is certain is that I will never command my confidence PEARL who left me "fall" twice, one in the literal sense. That said, the latest models (high-end) are equipped with identical or almost identical piece (seen in store). A word to the wise.
