Tama presented its new Limited Edition Warlord Spartan kit at the NAMM.
The “Warlord Spartan” Stainless Steel drum set is based on the “Spartan” snare drum from Tama’s high-end 'Warlord Collection’ series. Each drum shell features the “R.S.E. (Resonant Sound Edge)”, which adds more projection, claim TAMA.
Tama’s exclusive R.S.E combines the standard bearing edge with a special air chamber to create a shell capable of a range of sounds that, so they claim, is wider than with a standard drum.
In Tama’s Exotix Spartan limited edition drum set, this design provides added lows and the ability to achieve volume far beyond that of even the best wood-shelled sets, they say.
