Hofner keeps on developing its Gold Label Series on the bass-side with 6 new shiny Violin models.

Along with the Raven Black limited edition, bass players can now choose between 6 new finishes for the Gold Label Violin instrument. All the basses have the same specifications, with two pickups, except for the Violin Royal Blue 3P which sports two Toaster neck and center pickups and a Staple bridge model.

All the models have a close spaced pickup configuration, just like on the vintage Violin basses.

Specifications:

  • Spruce top
  • Flamed Maple back and sides
  • Flamed maple / beech / flamed maple neck
  • Rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets and pearloid Dot inlays
  • Nut width: 42mm
  • Scale length: 76cm (30")
  • 2 close spaced Staple pickups (close to the neck) with nickel covers
  • Black Hofner control console
  • Trapeze bridge
  • Available finishes: Dawn Purple, Raven Black/Natural, Lime Green, Wine Red, Chrome Yellow, Royal Blue (2 and 3 pickups) and Party Pink
