UTILIZATION

The handle is nice but does have a certain thickness that can surprise, but the pattern makes nice grip. The pitch of 27 "is not a problem for me or the width provided by the 7th string.
Access to the treble is good, the body junction handle is very comfortable.
The scraper is balanced, but because the leaden body has a proper thickness.

SOUNDS

Through the thick neck and body provide excellent resonance to the guitar. Only to empty one feels she really in the belly. Connected in full, the sound is great, but not necessarily to my taste.
If we stay on standard B of A, in short, quite common tuning for a 7 string, microphones follow carefree and sends it well, although I'm not a big fan of his EMG.
However when we attack the G # F # view is already less easy to keep a good tone, even when loading on the diameter of the strings. At this type of tuning I feel that the pickups are no longer in their field, it lacks nia, of Jent! In short I would say that the EMG does not really show off the guitar for low tunings.
A change of microphones can, I think, correct this lack of versatility compared to tunings.
I find rather very good clear sound: bright, crystalline, with a good supply of bass, depth and clarity offered by the violin. I'm curious to see what it can give with good passive pickups.

OVERALL OPINION

I have this guitar for about a year. I also have 2 ESP horizon, and this EII is equal in quality finishing and violin. She is really beautiful.

I had two 8 strings with larger forks (28 "and 29"), which explains my requirement with respect to sound quality in very serious tunings. But a change of pickups can certainly improve TB7 this side.

The price / quality ratio is very good, it's still an ESP guitar. I paid 1500 euros in new Guitars Rebellion in 2013, the EII prices have increased somewhat since.

I do not know if I would do this choice, for the simple reason that my repertoire in low tunings is not very diverse, so the guitar is not used very much. It's still nice to have on hand for me to change my 6 strings.

SOUNDS

Distortion in AC sends dry, good bass is certainly a cut for metal but really clean sounds are very interesting guitar. It baritone so I do not play standard, but A minimum drop. This guitar is capable of beautiful clean tones in the neck pickup position, it surprised me.

OVERALL OPINION

I really used for a few months and it is a real pleasure. This is a great finished quality guitar, the guitar to a good mouth.
It is expensive but hey you in to pay for. Oh yes I would do this choice
